The CHRD Score
Find out what your CRM is hiding. In 10 days.
Your dashboards say your close rate is 40%. It's probably closer to 25%. Your pipeline says $2M. Some of it has been dead for a year. Your revenue model runs on conversion rates someone typed in eighteen months ago.
The CHRD Score Assessment measures your revenue system against a 20-point standard across the four things it has to do: Capture every lead, keep the data clean (Hygiene), Report numbers that are true, and Develop the pipeline you already paid for.
You get a score from 0 to 100, the evidence behind every point you lost, your real conversion numbers recomputed from raw deal data, and a 90-day fix plan sequenced in the order that actually works. No new software. Built in the tools you already own.
How it works
Ten business days. You grant read-only access to your CRM and spend a total of two hours with me on calls. I pull the data, recompute your real numbers, interview the two people who live in the system, and hand you the score, the evidence, and the plan. If it takes me longer than ten business days from the day access lands, it's free.
What you hold at the end
- The CHRD Score — headline number, band, and a one-page visual of all four dimensions
- The scorecard — all 20 sub-components scored 0–5, with one line of evidence each
- The five most expensive findings — what we found, the evidence, what it's costing, and the fix
- The recomputed truth table — your real close rate, qualification rate, and cycle time next to what your dashboards currently claim
- The sequenced 90-day roadmap — ordered Capture, then Hygiene, then Reporting, then Development, with effort and owner per item, all tool-native
- A re-score at 90 days — offered at $750 to measure the movement
What it costs
$3,500. The first three companies get the founding rate of $2,500 in exchange for a case study. When you see your real close rate next to the one on your dashboard, you'll know exactly what the difference is worth.
Who it's not for: enterprises with a staffed RevOps team, and companies with fewer than 50 deals a year. There isn't enough data to score you honestly, and I'll tell you so on the fit call.

Questions
Is this a HubSpot audit?
No. HubSpot is where I go deepest, but the CHRD standard is platform-agnostic. If your revenue runs through Pipedrive, Salesforce, or a spreadsheet, the same twenty questions apply. Your CRM isn't the problem.
We already know our data is messy. Why pay to hear it again?
You know it's messy. You don't know which mess is costing you revenue and which is cosmetic. The score separates the two, prices the expensive ones, and sequences the fixes so you don't rebuild dashboards on top of dirty data.
Who does the work?
I do. I run revenue operations for a high-growth agency, and I built this standard from what actually breaks. First client conversations, CRM architecture, contract-to-close reporting, reactivation systems. One person, accountable, senior.
